NIORIS PRIVACY POLICY

Nioris ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Nioris Mobile Application and the website getnioris.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information whether you are browsing our store, purchasing our Pilates equipment, or using our mobile application for fitness training.

1. Personal Information We Collect

In addition to standard e-commerce data, we collect information specific to your fitness journey:

Health & Activity Data (Device Permissions & Transparency)

If you grant permission, the Nioris App may access the following health-related activity data from your device:

• Step count
• Basic activity metrics (such as daily movement totals)

We do NOT collect:

• Medical records
• Diagnoses
• Treatment information
• Heart rate
• Blood pressure
• Clinical health data

Purpose of Collection

This activity data is used solely to:

• Display your personal step progress inside the app
• Provide visual tracking of your daily activity
• Enhance your individual fitness dashboard experience

Health or activity data is not used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Server Storage & Processing

• Step count and activity metrics are processed locally on your device.
• This data is NOT permanently stored on Nioris servers.
• We do NOT build long-term health databases.
• We do NOT sell or monetize health-related data.

If temporary technical processing is required for app functionality, such processing is minimal and not retained.

Third-Party Sharing

• Health and step data is NOT shared with third parties.
• We do NOT provide health data to advertisers.
• We do NOT transfer activity data to analytics platforms.

Only general app usage analytics (non-health data) may be processed by service providers to improve performance.

User Control & Deletion

You maintain full control over your health-related data.

You may:

• Disable health permissions at any time in your device settings

Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, 
open the Nioris Fit app, go to Profile >Settings >Manage Profile > Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps.

The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account and email address
- Profile information (name, physical data)
- Workout and exercise history
- Subscription status

Note: Some anonymized analytics data may be retained 
for up to 30 days.

Upon verified deletion request, any associated personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with applicable law.

Explicit Consent

By enabling health permissions within the Nioris App, you explicitly consent to the limited processing of your step and activity data for the purposes described above.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by disabling permissions in your device settings.

  • Contact & Account Details: Name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number.

  • Fitness & Wellness Data (App Specific): Physical characteristics (height, weight, age, gender), fitness goals, Pilates experience level, and workout frequency to provide personalized training plans.

  • Usage & Activity Data: Information on which exercise videos you watch, completion rates of programs, and your interaction with the Nioris App features.

  • Financial Information: Processed securely via Shopify or App Store/Google Play for any purchases or subscriptions.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Personalized Fitness Experience: We use your wellness data to tailor Pilates programs and recommend content within the Nioris App.

  • Service Delivery: To process orders for physical products and manage your digital app account.

  • Security & Safety: To authenticate users and prevent fraudulent activity.

  • Communication: To send you updates about your progress, account notifications, or marketing (with your consent).

3. Medical Disclaimer Integration

Crucial Note: The fitness and wellness data processed by the Nioris App is for educational and informational purposes only. Please refer to our Terms of Use regarding health risks. Our app does not provide medical advice.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We share your information only with trusted partners:

  • Shopify: For hosting our store and processing transactions.

  • Service Providers: Cloud storage providers (for hosting exercise videos) and analytics tools (to improve app performance).

  • Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Nioris and its users.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

  • Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated fitness data at any time via the Nioris App settings or by contacting us at niorisllc@gmail.com.

  • Access & Correction: You can update your physical profile and contact info directly within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

The Nioris App is not intended for children under 13 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
