I had been wanting to get back into structured movement at home without committing to a gym membership and this set caught my eye because of how complete it looked compared to buying individual pieces separately. Two months in and I have worked through a good chunk of what it offers so here is my honest take. The ring is the piece I reach for most, the 14 inch size feels right for the exercises I have been doing and the resistance is noticeable without feeling overwhelming, good for squeezing into core and inner thigh work. The small ball has become a staple for lower back and core sequences, it is firmer than I expected which I actually prefer. The resistance bands cover a useful range and the three sizes mean I am not stuck at one difficulty level as things get easier over time. Sliding discs work well on my hardwood floors, have not tried them on carpet but I imagine results would vary. The wrist and ankle weights are on the lighter side at one pound each which is fine for the controlled movements but if you are already pretty active you might want more resistance eventually. The QR code workout access was a genuinely nice addition, having guided programming took the guesswork out of how to structure sessions especially in the first few weeks. Grip socks fit fine for my average size feet though someone with wider feet might find them a bit snug. The whole set stores compactly which matters when you do not have a dedicated workout room. From the minute I opened the box, I could tell that this company put care into this set. First of all, I love the blush color. It's soft, delicate, and a continuing theme throughout the set. The socks have cute straps on top that give a ballet vibe. The case that comes with the wrist/ankle weights is sturdy, so you can easily store them and out them away or in your gym bag. Once way I judge a Pilates ring is by the noise is makes when using it, and this one does not make that awful cracking sound that tells me that the ring is cheap. This large ring doesn't make any unwanted sounds, and you can feel the tension. My only complaint is that the fabric bands don't have the intensity on the outside, only in, so it's not as easy for me to just grab as I'm working out. But you can feel the difference between the light, medium, and heavy, they are color coded, and the mesh bag they come with makes for easy storage. Plus there is a scannable site that provides Pilates workouts, so if you're new to Pilates you can watch their videos to get started. If you're not brand new to this type of workout, they have a challenge you can complete! Overall, the care they put into this is great, and it's a cute set.
